1875-CC Twenty-Cent Pieces (1875-1878)

Intriguing History

Carson City struck twenty-cent pieces only in this coin's debut year of 1875, using Comstock Lode silver for a denomination that the public would reject within months for looking and feeling too much like a quarter.
